For more than 40 years now, Brandenburch has been producing top-quality pet food by extruding plant-based ingredients into easily digestible pet food. First priority always being the animal’s health and growth. Our team of motivated people work together according to a GMP+-certified production process. Do you know what working is?

It is important to us that you know what working is. That you are committed to the greater good of the company, together with your colleagues: to making the best plant-based animal feed.

At Brandenburch, everyone is equal. You are ‘one of the guys’ and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team. Mentality is more important than qualifications. To maintain team spirit, it would be great if you can speak and read Dutch. Do you have a forklift certificate? Very nice! But that’s not essential; we’ll make sure you get one in next to no time.

As an Allround Operator at Brandenburch your duties could include

  • Ensuring our production lines operate smoothly, and resolving faults quickly
  • Carrying out preventive maintenance to ensure that our machines are always at their best
  • Contribute ideas on improving and optimising our production process
  • Working with a dynamic team to achieve production targets
  • You are not afraid to take charge and make decisions in the heat of the moment
